Ask your Coach to confirm your login name or send a private password-reset link. Open that link directly to reset your password.

Joining a team

Use your Coach’s QR code or private invite link. If it has expired, ask for a fresh link.

Coach access

Use your own Coach login. If you need access or account help, contact your team’s Head Coach or NorthStar administrator.
